Whether you embrace them or reject them, by the end of this 3 part white jeans series, (that’s right, I’ll be sharing not 1, not 2 but THREE white jeans looks with you over the coming days, so make sure you are following me on Instagram as that’s the first place I share my blogs) you’re bound to want to buy yourself a pair or two!
I like being honest with you guys, so here goes; I used to be in the second category stated above.
Yes, there was once a time where I objected to wearing white jeans. This was because of the fact that they get dirty SO easily & I don’t know about you, but I’m so clumsy; whether that being with food or any other messy substances I might come in contact with.
A little story for you, I recently went to my niece’s 2nd birthday party & decided to wear a pair of white jeans (I know what you’re thinking: ‘that was a bad idea Sudanny!’) & you’d be right in thinking that but I wanted to mix it up as I’m usually in my black or blue denim jeans!
You see, the day was going well; it was a few hours into her party when a family friend was passing some food to another friend & I happened to be sat nearby & shock, horror! A nice dollop of food became one with my nice white jeans. Just. My. Luck.
To achieve this minimalistic look, I stuck with my 2 main colours of black & white & teamed it up with my black & white clutch bag & black heels; both with gold detailing that just adds a little class to the look as whole.
To dress this look down, I would swap my black heels for a pair of black flat ballet shoes with some type of gold feature on it & for a bag, I’d go with a shoulder bag.
